My friend just bought a new Sportsman and has a slight shimmy at about 30 mph. I thought he needed to have the tires checked but he says the front tires are toed out slightly. We were wondering if this was normal. The dealer is a pretty good ride and we would like to save the trip.

No, that's not normal. At least on the ones I've seen. Turn the tie-rod ends back in straight.
