How hard is it to install the HPd bearing?
#2
Basicly your lookiing at about an hour or so, You need to drop the inner tie rods, take your hood off and take the upper bushing loose, After that you can pull the steering stem up far enough with the bars and cables still in place, I used a air hammer and chiesel to knock the stock turd off but a regular hammer will do just fine, The hold up you might have is drilling the 1/4 holes for the new bearing, I used a right angle air drill with ease, If you dont have a right angle drill or a dremel with the flex attachment im sure you can find someone to loan you one, With out it you will have some major disassembly just to use a regular drill. Other than that you'll wonder why you waited so long to repalce it
