My brother had his harley and car stolen a few years back in the bad part of minneapolis the same way. My suggestion is to move to a smaller area up north where criminals are minimal.

Sevenac is right. In the NE i can only recall 1 case. Someone lost their dirtbike.

 

Moving won't stop it , I live in a town of 5000 people way up in Northern Maine had my Warrior stolen from my parents while I was summering on the coast. It was chained up. We even have a motion light in the yard. It was found, luckily unharmed a few miles away, they could not get it started, so they dumped it.

 

i leave my 3 machines in my front yard unlocked at night and i dont worry at all

 

i ran across this guy that had his foreman 400 stolen (when they first came out)he got his back seems that the people who stole it had camoed it and were riding it at this place,so some one there got to thinking that it was pretty strange to have a new bike all painted up so they called the sheriff and he got it back
