I have a 95 sportsman 400 that is overcharging at 17 volts I read on here a few months ago that it was a common problem and that it wasnt an expensive fix I am not sure if it has a voltage regulator or alternator or where they even are, but i also saw a link on here to the polaris site that had the manuals or service manual for the quad and the factory part numbers
any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated
replacing the lights is costly and I dont want to do it again without the problem fixed
thanks
