I am thinking about getting the HPD roller clutch instead of the normal clutch kit or a bigger carb.

So who has them and how do they work and do you like it?

Thanks.

I like mine very well. It gives a little more throttle response, almost instant backshifting, smoother crawl capabilities, and helps on belt life as well as smoother clutch movement. Thats on a Sportsman so I could only imagine it on a Scrambler.

I have one, and love it on my HPD race mod+ '99 sport. Call Daryl up and he'll hook you up....he tests, and tests.....The elfen workshop kicks out the horsepower.

KT P.S. have him send you one of his new Kevlar belts, they work great.

adamnieman I think you are already fast enough you can smoke anyone in our crew so what do you need more speed for? By the way if you feel like going riding we should do it soon before harvest. I noticed that you are not a very good aim with that gator you drove in the parade.

HPD roller clutch is a nice unit. After 2 rides I broke the rollers, and now have to check them after every ride. Did I notice a difference, yes a little, but more bank from your buck from playing around with springs and weights. The roller clutch has good adjustments and can be fined tuned to your riding stlye better than the stock.

39PWK carb will drink more juice, and give you a bit more curry.

go for it,they work great! i have the 40-36 roller from hpd, give instant throttle response, harder accelerations, the power is pretty more useful with that kind of clutch effiency, make a lot better drive and clutch system to your polaris...
whatever your riding style,i suggest to get their clutch kit along the roller, depending what performance you like, the aggressive clutch kit
work really great!
