My trail boss use to go 56.25mph my friends 250ex (stock) beat me by a little bit. Another one of my friends has a 300ex also stock when ever we raced he killed both of us by alot. It goes about 60-63mph. Um guessing You've never even seen a 300ex go before or else you would no this to.

well actually a 400ex only does about 65-67 so I'm guessing if the 300ex is 3 mph slower then why doesnt everybody get a 300ex and add like the 700 or 800 dollar difference in price then they would smoke a 400ex ??? this one kid i ride with has a 300ex and he got beat by this other kids blaster and the blaster only does about 58 so can you explain that to me??? and don't tell me because its a 2-stroke because they also wanted to see which one had a higher top speed so they maxed out beside each other and the blaster was pulling away.

so then by going what you are saying I know a blaster can beat a 300ex so if the 300ex does about 62 that means the blaster is doing about 65 right next to a 400ex and the kid on the blaster raced a stock 400ex and the 400ex blew it away. So you can also explain to me why this happened?? Because I highly doubt you can.

My friend used to have a stock '03 250 TB. I was definately BORED when riding that machine! When I owned my 2002 350 rancher it was faster and more fun than that stock TB. Honestly. I am not bashing, but if I was going to get a trailblazer I would have gotten the 400. His had a rough ride, it rattled, and squeeked. The handlebars would also wander and jump all over the place. You couldn't keep it going straight down the trail. Again, I'm not bashing. I just DID NOT like his trailblazer. But I haven't ridden a 250ex to compare either.

How do you know the blaster goes 58, are you just going but what the average blaster goes or to you clock it. If you are just going but the average blaster Maybe he has a faster one? Maybe the blaster isnt stock? Maybe the person on the 300ex dosen't no how to ride a Clutch? Maybe the 300ex is a lemon? Maybe the person on the 300ex is a tank and the person on the balster is a light weight? Maybe the 300ex had worn out tires? Here are some reasons you take your pick?? AS for why some one would get a 400ex over a 300ex: 400ex goes about 68 the 300ex goes about 62. Maybe for better suspension? Maybe for looks? maybe for weight? Maybe for handeling? I could go on.

Is it really that hard to figure out everybody on the forums says the 300ex does like 58 at the most just do a search one guy made a thread where he used gear ratio, rpm, weight, and horsepower and some of the numbers are dead on and he configured that a 300ex does 55 mph so I'll even give or take 3 mph to that so that's where I get my numbers from, on this forum unless everybody on this forum is wrong which I doubt it.

I'm not saying every one on this fourm is wrong but from what I know and seen My bike went 56.25mph I no for sure I raced my friends 300ex and he beat me pretty bad. Therefore His bike was probily going anywere from 59 to 63. Any way who cares. I'm not argueing any more.

a blaster going 58 is right on. i clocked a piped one with the prairie 650 i had and it did 58. and one time i had a stock blaster and raced an ex with a pipe and we were even through the gears and in top gear i was starting to crawl by. so in conclusion markbanger is a dreamer PERIOD

First off, I want to add that this thread is almost a year old!!!! Second off, I believe Mark, I had a trail boss 250(with a wiseco piston in it, stock compression) and it went right along at about 53mph......so I'm sure his 330(when topped out) will got about 2mph more......

Stock blasters are that fast anyways, or for that matter they really aren't fast anytime(with some exceptions).........
