The other day I left my key on and drained the battery.So I went to pull the recoil for the first time ever, and it pulled right in half.Now the thing wont even run with a charged battery. Can anyone give me some help.Must have something to do with the decompression release.Can I just pull that side cover off, and fix it myself?
