I am looking to buy some odds and ends for my '95 sportsman 400 4x4.

(4 ea.)front wheel studs and lugnuts
and possibly a new 4x4 switch (inside shifter) The dealer replaced the plastic one w/the metal one once already and now the 4x4 only engages when you hold the shifter to it's max forward or max reverse I tried adjusting the linkage (both ways)and then it works but then the bike won't shift into either forward or reverse I guess you have to have the right touch or the switch is going bad again. thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I find it hard to believe that not a single person on this forum doesn't have an answer for this post. The other forums (Diesel Page etc...) We're always willing to help out each other, as well as the new guys. Thanks again.

 

"parts online cheap" The stuff you listed can be obtained from a Polaris dealer. I know of no online store for these items other than maybe polaris itself. Most online stores sell aftermarket items only. Good luck
