i went riding today ran up on some guys drag racing one guy that was there had a 650 kaw.
i had heard ppl saying how fast they were and how they would out run a scrambler so i had to find out.
no it will not beat a scrambler 400 or 500 cause i have a 400 and my riding buddy has a 500 both 2x4 the 650 kaw. isnt even close in a drag race.
also a guy there had a 500ho sportmans it and the 650 was a close race.
so when someone tells you a kaw.650 will smoke a scrambler thats bull****.
as a matter of fact there was a couple blasters there the 650 could not even beat them so ithink the mags have really blew the 650 up to something its not.
dont get me wrong the 650 is a nice quad and runs really good for a heavy utility quad but its not what the mags blew it up to be.

 

Something is wrong with that guy's quad. My friend has the SC 500 and I waste him bad. The 650 also smokes my 400ex.

from what I've heard,there has got to be something wrong here?The Kawi and new Grizz or suppose to be pretty damn fast,much faster than the Scram 500 or any HO?

Im waiting for my chance to race Jeff on his 650 Kawi,we'll meet up soon.Its my guess that it should be a great and close race?

Well my Prairie smokes my buddies sc 400 and so does his grizz 660.

in a drag race over the weekend between the grizz and prairie, it was a even tie up to 60mph.

 

There was definately something wrong with the 650 because my 650 will absolutely smoke the 400 or sc500. It would even give my LT250r a run for its money in lowend and midrange.

Are you finding them to be better now? How to they compare to the 589's on your grizz?
