Finally I installed a Aaen exhaust on my TBoss last Friday but never got to try it until last night after I got off work(4-12 shift). It seemed like it had a little more top end but that is hard to say. Though it did have more grunt on take off and midrange. It does seem easier to launch and ride a wheelie. Also the exhaust sounds better than stock muffler and fit perfect. Only took about 30 minutes to install. It would of took less if I would of used the right tools. I couldn't find the spring stretcher/installer that my dad has untill after I was done.


Hey where can I buy a repair manual on the 325 TrailBoss? I want to see how hard it would be to swap in the 414cc bigbore kit.
