A twin cylinder snowmobile engine will fit very nicely in a polaris atv chassis with a few modifications.I ride mine down here in Texas with no cooling problems,I used the radiator and fan from a sportsman 500,I also ride an XC700 snowmobile down here with the same fan and radiator.BTW I think an engine with more than 80 HP is dangerous in a polaris atv chassis,not enough suspension for the power unless your just drag racing.

PS. ELROY I am selling the 99 trailblazer chassis all you need to do is supply the engine.

800 twin, interested on how you are cooling your sled. I have a 98 rmk with a union bay big bore 770(165hp) that i want to take out to the dunes. ANy pics and help would be appreciated. Sean

I used a sportsman 500 radiator and fan,you will also need extra idler wheels to keep your track from getting to hot.I will post some pictures tomorrow for you.

thanks, i would just be using it for hillclimbing at sand mountain nv. Sean
