At the Ramsey Winch web site, it shows a new Ramsey atv winch, rated at 2500 lbs, and has wireless remote operation. Their website price sheet shows it lists for over $500, but my local winch distributor has one on display now, and says it sells for $409. It is supposed to be very similar to the warn winch, in that it has plastic gear housings. This is supposed to be the weak link in the warn winch. Anyway, I just thought I'd post the info.

Ramsey and Warn's 2500's & 2000's are the same unit. Out sourcing is a wonderful thing. Same with the 1500's from Super Winch, Ramsey and Warn. Find your best deal and you can always add the wireless to any of them.
