Well,
After careful consideration, I decided that the IRS was a must have and that 400 was not enough power, so I went with the Grizzly. Yah I know, it wasn't on my final list, but it's always been there in my mind. I just thought it was too big and I didn't want to break the 7000 barrier in price. I had the opportunity to see the Polaris 500 and Grizzly side by side and they are pretty much the same size. I also test drove them and the Grizzly was obviously quicker, but it also felt a little more planted to the ground.
In the end, I know three guys who have owned Kodiaks and the Grizzlys and they have never been in the shop. I just felt better buying the Yamaha.

I have been riding the last three days and it's been great. I managed to get flicked off by a few snowmobilers along the way, but I figure they are just jealous since there has been a lack of snow the last 5 years in Minnesota and I can ride anytime.
