Hot Seat has me hot!

On the 6th. of January I ordered Hot Seats Fox struts and front spring upgrade kit. I called them on Monday the 14th. to make sure my on line order was all well and good, because i still did not have my order. I was informed that my order had shipped on the 9th and was on the way. Well this week has come and gone and still no parts,so after all day of trying to get them on the phone, at 4:30 they did answer and i got a tracking number from them, Still claiming that it shipped on the 9th. Much to my suprise when i went to the UPS tracking sight it was still in Mn. invoiced on wed. the 16th. with a delivery date of mon. the 21st. To make a long story short i am HOT!!!! this is the second time they have messed up and i am sure i'm not the only one. This is the last time they get any money from me. HPD and RCR from now on.I want to tell all of you, if you buy from hot seat don't expect fast shipment or very high quality customer service.In my opinion they suck.

I also had a bad experience with Hot Seat performance.I ordered the fox front struts.When i received the package and opened it it was a rear shock.I called them and their answer was, this happens all the time.I finally got the problem straight.No more Hot Seat for me.
