I run my Magnum in GNCC and I would like to get a little more power.
I've tried 22" alltracs instead of 25" and I love the pickup on bottom end. Top end is the same or a little better than before.
I have an Aaen silencer for a 500 Scrambler on. Tried a White Bros last year and didn't like it at all. Then the darn thing broke right at the inlet. I replaced the vacum fuel pump with a 3.5 psi electric unit and can keep the bowl full now. Carb jets are up to 147.5 from 140 stock and it still gets lean on top with the snorkle removed. Is there any more I can do with this Mikuni CV carb or should I be looking for a 36mm TM? With the gear reduction from the tires the clutching works real good. I think I still need to feed it more fuel.
