Should have stayed home Sunday.

First get to the dunes decide to change my jets went to but one in and broke it. Had to pull carb and intake off to get it out, because 39mm carb is not easy to get into a 34mm intake. Got it back together and went and ride around still breaking it in. A couple of hours later when i started to play with the power a little bit noticed the motor twisted so hard that the clutches hit the case, add motor mounts to my list of things to buy. Then when im right at the end of break in and about to start playing a little more noticed the base gasket blown out spent the rest of the day on the back of a blaster and flagging drag races also get to tear the bike back down. Well my had to get better me and wife was going to meet some people to eat out that night at Outback. Well should know my day was bad on the way back the back right tire on the tow vehicle (lifted 33 tire Sub.) fell of spent 4 hours on the side of the road waiting for a tow vehicle and my wife went eat with out me.

 

Sorry to hear about your problems,do you have to send your cylinder back.My cousin said he seen you out there.I guess your gonna be down a while.Do you think the cylinder is warped.What main jets were you running.Later.

 

Don't be suprized to find one of the ears on the jug to be broken when you tear it apart.Good luck
