Is there any place i can get plastic for my '99 scrambler other than the dealer?

Try ebay, Alot of people switch colors and have nice stuff up for auction.

There is an on-line site if your dealer is high. Do a search, or maybe one of the others can help out. I think they have an ad in the back of Dirt Wheels or ATV Sport.
