I'm gonna get me a pair of nice handguards for my scrambler, so I was wondering what everybody uses?

I like the Maier xc, and the acerbis vented handguards. Pictures will be nice too.

 

I like the Acerbis handgaurds too. I just put a set on my quad. I will have new pictures posted on my site soon....they are the same gaurds that are on my old 400...only yellow! My MX 400 Sport

I have the Polaris ones and like them. They`re pretty tough.

Whatever kind you pick, just don't leave home without them. One spanking from a bush or a tree...you'll be hurtin' for certain.

Ken by the way, I run a copy of the Miers, kinda nice when you can remove the plastic guard and just run the aluminum bar for cooler hands in the summer...just my 2cents

 

Yeah, I like the acerbis ones on Daran Denny's old ride. Those are awesome, but I think they are the old style. They don't look like the ones I've seen. I likem though. Daran, Can I have some more info on those? like where and when you got them? Thanks a lot

 

Do the Acerbis units fit good. I always see the "custom" fit designators with nothing for Polaris. I agree they look the best. Kinda sporty don'tcha know.

I have the Maier XC's and they fit my stock bars and my renthals no problem, The catalog says they are only for 2 wheelers but I think they fit great[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] If you can find the carbon fiber knock-offs they look great.

 

So, any info Daran Denny?
