I have a hard time keeping my 99 400 Xplorer idleing (since new even)....seems like it always wants to die on me unless I treat it just so so ...this is a hassle....has anyone had/fixed this problem....I haven't tried adjusting up the idle yet....but maybe there's another adjustment instead....any suggestions?

Thanks, Todd oh..take a look at my wrecked 400 xplorer if you like at:

Hey there fellow hamster. This is easier than getting on frequency on 3898. Just take a look in the owners manual and find the designated screw. You may have to take off the air cleaner to get at it. Just turn it up a little at a time until the speed and vibration are to your liking and put the air cleaner back on. It's easier than clipping a diode on a TS440.
