Unfortunatly, I haven't been able to attend any of this year events so far. I was planning on going to Loretta's later this month but once again, work calls.
I will be attended a Memphis race in Somerville,TN next month. For any of you guys within that area who plan to attend, I will be the guy on the only Cannondale currently running in that series. [Hope it stays that way for a while..LOL]
Are you talking about Dave Heider?? I was trying to think of a Heider who runs a Polaris and couldn't think of who it was. I went to the GNCC site and they only have a listing of a Dave Heider who runs a Honda and is currently fourth in points in his class. Is that the same guy you were referring to? Or is there another Heider now?

JimBob2, actually I have only posted twice to a Polaris related topic since I have been a member. This is the first topic in the Polaris forum itself that I have posted on period. I did so only because there was a debate with Polaris quality COMPARED to other brands.
As you know, sometimes I jump in water that is already too deep.LOL TRUST ME, I had no idea that it would get this far out of hand.
This topic was already stirred up. I never said Polaris was crap. But as you wish, I shall leave the Polaris forum if that is the problem.
Good day.

JimBob2,
PRODUCTIVE insight? If 'YOU' dont agree with someone than it means its not productive? Not everyone agree's with YOUR comments either, however we are not requesting that you leave.KNOWSALOT was FAR to kind in his response back to your arrogant post.So perhaps ANYTHING good thats said in regards to a Polaris ATV would be perceived as productive by YOU?Thought so!
''Remember, friends dont let friend drive Polaris''[im just TEASIN!lol]

It is real interesting how some people can twist around what you said now what I meant is KNOWSALOT has some very good information he shares in other forums he is a knowledgably person I just am so sick of the crap here in the Polaris forum and I am surprised to see him be a part of it and Bill I have been the rounds with you before I called you a broken record all you need to do is go through history cut and paste your post there all the same I have been here on this forum reading for a year and I think I have read the same thing from you at least 100 times we all know your story please move on.
From reading this forum all the time I would have to say there is only 4 or 5 people here that always steer these threads from what there original message and intent are I wish they would go away so this forum could become productive again like the other forums I read.

MTPOCKETs,
I was concidering the new 2002 Grizz. It has most everything I want in an ATV like the capability to lock the front end up,disk brakes, auto trans, switchable 2wd/4wd,IRS,a big bore engine and it weighs about 600lbs.
I do however do not like the things I have been reading about the water problems with the new Grizz though. It seems that ALOT of new Grizz owners are complaining of engine sputtering problems when going thru moderate water crossings.I even heard my friends new Grizz sputter once when he was crossing the same water hole as myself.
Im not interested in the new Kawi twin because I dont want to hold a lever to activate the 4x4 locker and I dont really want a solid rear axle again if I can help it?
I like most of the stats on the new 650 Honda Rincon, however,it STILL does not offer a locked front diff and its still sporting around in ancient drum style front brakes?I like to mud sometimes with my ATVs,drum brakes do not like the mud.And lets not forget,it's going to be a 1st yr ATV and may have some minor glitzes itself?
Im leaning in the direction of the new Rincon. After I FULLY inspect the front drums to see if they really are sealed?Im still miffed as to why Honda does not offer a front locker for this new ATV.
Its going to be a TOUGH call. Can you offer any suggestions?

The sun, the beach, and the fresh air.
I asked my native friend if he had ever seen a polaris and he said yes and proceded to ramble on about the polaris Ice caps and how they are melting.
WOW, he needs to lay off the coconut juice.
