If your jetting is rich then to fix the problem you must lean the jetting.

Well lets see, I am going to write this slow so keep up, you increased the air into your carb, you rejetted to compensate for this, now your quad is getting to much gas, well, maybe you rejetted to big, or fat, or rich, so now you should jet leaner, all the while checking your plug to ensure you dont go to lean. Or you could plug the holes and put the stock air filter back on and return to the jetting you had before.

Ronnnnn, don't waste your typing to a$$holes who do not appreciate advice when they get it. He asked a question, you gave an answer. Let his weak trail blazer run like crap! Thanks for the jetting tips on the 400L. I went up 1 size problem got worse, so I dropped down 2 sizes and the sport screamed from the start.Beasty, you need to get lost or lose the attitude, you are the first in this forum to be such a turd to someone trying to help!

Maybe try the 140 jet. If it's still getting too much gas then go to a 135, but if it's not getting enough go to 145. Just make sure you check the plug.
