Is it a 4x4 or 2x4? If it is a 4x4 it could be a problem in the Hub or CV. How did you Check the Bearings?

Check the bearing real close, if there is a cracked roller or race it will tear up the spindel or hub and can lock up and cause a crash, just because the wheel is tight and turns does't mean there is nothing wrong, if you have a disk brake on that wheel check it out also. Hope this helps.:}

Its a 2x4.I took the bearings out and inspected them. I think the noise is coming from the brakes but I cant isolate it.
