I was going to replace a broken mud gauard on the rear fender of my Sportsman and there are about four pop rivets that need to be removed does anyone have a good way of doing this? I thought I could drill them out but thats not going to work. Also I did a search on struts and could not find any info on squeaky struts. My front right strut squeaks and I tried sraying some oil up on the top of the mount but it didnt help. Any info would be great.

Use a Dremel tool (or equivalent) to get the rivits out. Put in a bit that is tapered to a point, and you can basically just grind the top part of the rivit off. After the top is gone, you just pull the other side of the rivet out from the back. I did this when I took the warning labels off of my 400EX. It only took like 5 minutes to remove 8 rivets.

Try greasing the top A-Arms, it should stop the squeek.

Recently had the front fenders off and experienced the same problem. Used the Dremel tool and worked fine BUT the backside is flared much like a masonry anchor and poses a problem when trying to remove the remaining rivet. I pulled them through and it did widen the hole, I used rivet washers when reassembling. I call them rivet washers cause that what they look like, the slip onto the backside of the rivet before you start to tighten the rivet and the snug up to the expanded hole nicely.
