While I have been modifying my Scrambler, I have been doing the regular maintenance on it. I still have the platic taken off, and was wondering if it was necessary to adjust the valves? If so, how do I do this. I have adjusted the valves on a car before, so I am familar with using a feeler guage.

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

It is simple if you got the tank off.Just pull the valve cover and use a feeler gauge under the rockers when it is on compresion.I think it is .006 on both.At least that is what my 425 sets at.And I check it evey time I have the tank off.
