Hello my dealer when I bought it told me it would need nothing, he said when it reached the 250 mile mark that if I would bring it back in they would change the oil and go over everything for a c note does this sound like a good idea guys...I thought it was since the oil from polaris is so expensive and that way my dealer wouldn't have any excuses if something did go wrong. I am thinking on purchasing the 5 year warranty for $500 does anybody know what in all does this warranty cover also did you all know that mobile 1 makes oil for polaris...oh yes I have one of the best dealers for polaris I have ever talked to on any kind of atv he realizes how people ride and abuse these machines.

No,your getting bent over. I've never heard of any reputable dealer charging for the first oil change and initial service. With a dealer like that who needs enemas.

Well it was a variety of things he was going to do I will find out and post it...are most of the dealers doing the first oil change for free. This guy really seems like a pretty good guy he brought the polaris 40 miles to me drop it off at my house not to mention charged me $6000 out the door for the sportsman that was without the winch but he did tell me he would give me a great deal on the winch if I wanted it later...

Bear in mind that wygrizz has something against Polaris and their owners. Envy or something...

Atving, anybody who would have to ask if a c note is a fair price for an oil change and service is an idiot. Furthermore ,I could careless what brand of quad you ride. But it figures you would own a Polaris. All this bashing started with you Polaris guys,I just stated the facts and you guys couldn't handle the truth about Polaris and it's poor product history.
You mentioned you are a cop. The truth is you probably use the Dept. computer to get on the Atv forum while your on duty. So do everyone a favor and take your donut eating a$$ out on the street and take a bite out of crime.

Oh yea thats real grown up...sorry you hate your grizzly so bad you have to rag on polaris because you have a piece of a s%#t bike. Really hurts knowing that, that sportsman will eat you alive in the mud and still stay cool...why don't you give yamaha a call and ask them why they scr#wed you so hard selling you a bike without water cooling, without disc brakes and without REAL 4 WHEEL DRIVE??? And yes it is cool having a job where I can play on the computer and yes I do love donuts maybe I will give a few of my friends in your area a call...know what I mean.

I think it's called ***** envy. I mean Polaris envy. Yeah, that's the ticket!

Atving,

My dealer told me to bring mine in at 6 months and they would change the hub fluid, coolant, engine oil, and trans oil for $85.
