I have owned two sets of Mudrunners. One set on my 99 Sportsman, the other on my 00 400cc Xplorer.
In very serious mud,I'd rate the Mudrunners a 10.In very serious snow, they also receive a 10.I have a plow on both quads, snow offers NO problem with these tires.
I cant truly give you a number in really sandy conditions,I just have'nt been in enough sand to honestly give you a correct number.
All in All?These tires are great riders on hardpacked surfaces, offer easier steering over stock tires, not to mention the superior traction over the stock tires.I can rate them right along with the Vampires in snow and mud.My brother has Vamps on his 4x4.Some say the Mudrunners give you a little better ride on hardpack when compared to Vampires.I havent noticed a real big differance in the ride.Great snow/mud/hardpack tires.=========BILL

I have the mudrunners 25" on my 97 Scrambler 500. I love them. I have the bi-claws in the front an tri-claws in the back. They are great for the sand and mud. I don't find them as good on hard packed surfaces especially at low speeds.

I just saw 4 26" bi-claws with wheels on ebay..bid was at 50.
