I recently purchased a '03 scrambler 500 4x4. I am interested in a pipe and was looking at the W/B E-series and the Supertrapp IDS2. Anybody have any info on either of these two pipes on this machine?? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

not trying to change your mind here but,if you're looking for a pipe for the 500 4 stroke brother, check out HPD new exhaust kit,or the HOT SEAT one,i would stay away from fmf or supertrapp for polaris performances,my thoughts..

I'll second that. These companies specialize in Polaris.

So wich is the best? HPD or HSP? I am sort of looking into this as an upgrade too.

How good is the RCR pipe and silencer? I am a little iffy on it because it is $100 cheaper than HPD and HSP

Rick Ritter (RCR) won't steer you wrong. Great guy, with incredible customer service. He always makes sure people are happy. Some of the things he sells are HPD.

Yes I'm curious about pipes also.

Bikercop how does the HSP roller clutch work? Any noticable difference?
And I'm also curious about the HSP clutch kit, anyone have an opinion on them and/or if there is much of a difference in performance. I'm finding that my scrammy is a little short on power for my riding style.

you're right,i forgot at least RCR wich custom work (porting, pipes, match up the clutch kit together) for probably yes a cheaper price, you won't be disapointed with rick ritter stuff at all,i think their exhaust system worth REALLY the deal, the top end pipe for the 400 is awsome in power and sound, and finally yeah, what's up with the new HSP roller secondary i wanna known, the rapid reaction secondary clutch, right?time will tell if they last, cauze i ran the HPD roller one last year and screw it up in maybe 3 months (torn/cracked roller)...

So the RCR Stage 1 kit is just as good as the HSP speed kit or HPD pipes? Even though it is $329 for the RCR kit compared to $550 plus for the HSP kit and about the same to get the performance goodies from HPD
