I Have a 2000 400 with 550 miles on it. Only thing I've done to it is change the pads. Well last week a gal from work was using my wheeler and she called stating it dont run. Well I looked at it and noticed where the coolant hose attaches to the head was no longer attached. The hose is attached to the metal peice but the metal piece came free from the head. The dealer stated Polaris must of not pressed it in well enough.
Has anyone else heard of this????????

I bought the 54 month ext warranty on the machine, but I have not found out yet if they will cover it. I was told it cost about $100 to take it apart to write down all the bad parts and then call the warranty place to see if they will cover it. I hope things work out. The entire motor is history, no compression, the throttle doesnt even open.
