If your Scrammy is stock, gearing or cluthcing could increase your top speed. I don't own a scrambler my self so I have no stats to add in.

Good luck making it go 70 MPH without forking out some major cash for that four stroke. It can be done though. If I were just buying a new Scrambler 500, I would call HPD and get the Power Maxx Pipe and the aggressive clutch kit with the roller clutch. Then, I would get some good Douglas aluminum wheels with ITP Holeshots. Next would come the DG front aluminum bumper, a-arm skids, chassis skid plate, and maybe even I'd remove the floor boards and get me some nerf bars. Don't forget the K&N air filter. Then when it comes time for better a better suspension set up, I would go get me some Works Shocks(struts...whatever) and the Hot Seat dual rate springs.

Trust either RCR(Ritter Cycle) or HPD(High Performance Design) for ALL your speed needs. Check out Hot Seat Performance for your suspension needs.

ALWAYS GET A MATCHING CLUTCH KIT WITH YOUR PIPE FROM THE SAME COMPANY! (HPD pipe + HPD clutch kit = good)
