Please help me! I will be purchasing a '98 Xplorer 400 in the next few days and I am a maintenance/add-on geek. Can anyone help me with the following questions on this ATV:

Apparently Clymer doesn't make a manual for this ATV, is there one that may be similar or otherwise useful?

Is there a USEFUL Polaris Manual for this ATV?

What are the best hop-ups for this ATV? Please include manufacture part numbers if possible!

Is the Hot Seat 400 Xplorer Speed Kit a good value, or would I be better piecing it together myself?

Can anyone point me to a resource on what "jetting" is and how to do it? Are these tuneable jet kits worthwhile?

Is K&N a good filter for this ATV?

What fluids should I use - Polaris premium stuff, or is there a better brand?

Who's the best chain and sprocket manufacturers?

Does higher octane gas help a 400 2-stroke?

What is the best tire set/manufacturer for this ATV for trail riding?

Is anyone with a lot of experience on this ATV willing to send me their phone#/e-mail for a quick tutorial on this machine? I'm at (970)481-7459
