Had to look this up in my shop manual to make sure that I am giving you the right numbers. The torque spec on the clutch spider on an EBS model is 185 ft-lbs. It also says to apply "ThreeBond TB1342, Locktite No 242 or equivalent" although I always just use the locktite I have in the garage.

Hope you ordered the holding fixture, or fab up something....at those numbers, they don't want to stay still. Not intended to be mean, but a service manual will really pay for itself. Can't imagine being without one...whether it's quad, or truck.

Thanks, that what I was looking for, and yes I have the holding fixture, spider removal tool and jam nut tool ordered and hopefully will be here today, I have all the ski-doo tools but the Polaris clutch is a different animal.

Is there any way in the world to pull off the drive assembly without having the holding fixture?
