I have a new sportsman 400. I am learning how to grease the zerts and can't figure out how to grease the front drive axle. I have been trying to reach it through or under the right foot bracket but am not able to get to the zert. Anyone have any ideas?

 

If it is like the 01' 500HO you have to line up the fitting with the hole in the bottom of the skid plate. do this by moving the bike forward or backward. A flexible grease tube is a big help, it allows you to bend the tube and grease difficult areas.
