Should I get a Scrambler???
#13
I would say go for a scrambler if thats what you are looking for. A sport quad with utility traits. I have a 400 4x2 and it never gets stuck in the mud or water or snow. This was much to my surprise! I was contemplating a 4x4 model but went with the two due to racing speed. It pleasantly surprised me when I thought I would get stuck in snow but didn't, thought I would get stuck in deep mud but didn't, and also water up to the top of the fenders but didn't. (although it did act like the water was getting the best of it until I hammered the throttle in pure fright of killing my quad!) It got right out. Air box was full of water but other than that no problems. Greased it and went on with life. It will also jump although it is a bit of a load to handle due to the weight. The turning through tight fast corners is something I wouldn't do on a regular basis because you will roll. All together it is a real nice quad for the money and ability to hop up. Although now that I see the predator I am wishing I had one of those. Just have to wait and see.
