700 Twin big bore
#2
the bore is the same, but the 780 engine has alot more stroke.
umm erre it was either 9 or 13 more miliimetes...
a better bet is to see if the fronteir runs a different camshaft..
plenty of gains can be had from a full pipe, bigger carb, airbox mods, and a clutch kit..
and if ya wanna tear into the engine the compression ratio is very very low, and the intake and exhaust ports are pretty restrictive, and have lots of casting flaws.

i'm awaiting to see it for real,i mean a twin 783cc in a sportsman will be a torque monster quad,if any aftermarket compagnys can't do it we'll have to wait polaris finally increase the sp 700 potential wich is in sleeping form right now at 683cc and the rest of restricts mods.

When I first saw this Kawi 700, I just had to think a Kawi's version of the Scrambler. Now that another manufacture has made there own Scrambler, maybe Polaris can finally revamp the 8-year design of the current model. How about a-arm front suspension and yes an 800 twin would be awesome.
