Where is it leaking? I have heard of some leaking where the foil wrapped lines connect to the tank. Some dealers have replaced the tank. Mine is not leaking.

gas leak?

bring that baby right back to your dealer and demand to know who did the PDI inspection......than tell the owner to FIRE him!

they should fire the engineer who designed it.

all ya need to do is take the hose fittings out of tank, and put some teflon tape on the threads, and reinstall.

I had this problem on my '99 Sportsman 500. Removed the lines and taped the threads with teflon. Also supported the circumference of the threaded insert with epoxy. No issues since in over 2 years. Fuel line are a little wobbly were they go into the tank as it is metal tapped into plastic.
