was out riding today and got my 03 scrambler 4x4 stuck in the mud. what a bitch to get un-stuck. who out there has put a winch kit on a scrambler. what brand? how much? how does it look? ft. mount or back mount? how well do they work? Thanks!

I have a mounting plate sitting in the floor. The winch mounts just above the radiator guard. The plate is for a warn 2000 winch.

 

425X, is that the Polaris mounting plate? Is it for sale? If so, how much? Thanks

 

I bought a rear mounting plate from essexmfg.com. I don't see it on the web site, but if you call them and tell them your looking fro a rear mount plate for a scrambler, they will hook you up. Pretty cheap too. When you get it wou won't believe how simple it is.
