Default Front sprocket.

My stepdad is curious if lowering the front sprocket 1 tooth will make a nice bottom end difference? He has a 2003 Trailblazer 400. Anybody go down one tooth on the front sprocket? Any help would be appreciated.

Default Front sprocket.

Insread of spending the $40 on a sprocket Spend the $20 on a white primary spring. This will be better. The take off will be alot stronger without the rpm's being too high. It is real easy to change. Going smaller on the front sprocket is not always good because you lose top end, the sprocket is weaker and will wear alot quicker.

Default Front sprocket.

going one tooth down works good on the 4x4 scramblers but not the 2x4's.

a clutch kit and a dual rate helix would be a better investment..
