It looks to be going really fast, although the guy's hand isn't on the thumb throttle. Also, he's apparently reaching for the shifter, which won't work while moving. The third thing I noticed is it looks as if there's a passenger on there with him.

 

If you stare at the center of the picture, you'll see a Long Haired Yak run across the screen.
