I hooked up a tow strap to a friends 500h.o. and the rubicon won!

 

Now, hook a tow strap to your ears and pull your head out of your A$$.

 

I know the Rubicon can out pull a Polaris. But next time, try having a rider on the Polaris.

Hey yeller500, how is the 700 belt??? I'm putting my 700 belt on tonight, just wondering what to expect. I think I will try a green primary spring next, Oh, and for the loser that started this post he: (pick one)
A. doesn't even own a quad
B. is 13 years old
C. has no friends
D. all of the above

Seriously, I ride with a Foreman 450 and he can't come close to keep up, I doubt a 500 has that much more power!!!

 

Reiner, I like the 700 belt, I noticed a difference in belt hook up. I also installed the white primary and that made a real good change. I didn't go with the green because I thought it had to much stall before engagement. I can rip a wheelie in low no problem, in high gear the low end to mid-range response is much better. How is CT? I used to live in Southington. Now that I have my HO I miss the snow.

I figured I would try the belt first to see if there was a difference, then try different springs. I have some woods next to my house I ride in sometimes, but there are no legal places to ride in CT, but I live in the northwest corner of the state so we go to Mass where it's legal to ride. They are predicting some snow in the higher elevations for saturday night so we are certainly going Sunday, woooo hooooooo[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

Why do people put so much merit on tug-o-war pulls? There are way to many variable to count in. Over on the highlifter forum, someone was upset that a Suzuki King Quad out pulled their Ruby. Variables I tell you, you gotta watch them.
