Default Predator Leaking

Started my Pred in the shop today and was letting it warm up and I noticed antifreeze on the floor below the expansion tank. At first I thought that the tank was cracked but on closer inspection I saw that the hose clamp was loose. I don't know if there is a guy on each side tightening clamps as it rolls down the assembly line but ALL my clamps on the left side of the machine were loose, including oil lines!! All clamps on the right side were tight.
If you are warming your machine up on gravel, dirt or the carpet on your living room floor you may not notice a leak.
Just trying to give ya'll a heads up.

I had the EXACT same leak on mine, and it was the same hose clamp as yours. I checked all the others and they were fine.

you know, you'd think the damn Dealer would do a little PDI work before delivering the ATV?

Polaris Dealers have to stop the 'fuel them, deliver them' philosophy and do a proper set-up on their product.

Christ! you'd think they'd learned by now with all the fukin water pump leakers with the SP700s! (i had TWO 700 leakers- one '02 and an'03)

Sounds like your mechanincs need a swift kick in the rear......or nuggets . Considering the air you're gonna be catching, pre-flight that puppy.

it is a common problem wich every brands of products have to deal with (sleds, moto, new engine rebuilt...)the dealer didn't bleed the coolant system right so it leak out pretty easily,it happen in the sleds world
too when you buy a brand new model, mgs will need to etablish some norms
when preparing a new model to keep satisfied their folks,DON'T MESS WITH
IT,go back to the dealer and get the thing done right,it is a must...
