Polaris Customer Service

Hey folks I'm a new member to the forum. I writing to see if any of you guys have had problems with the Polaris Customer Service. I put a deposit down on a 2003 700 Mossy Oak on the 27th of November. Each week they keep telling me that it will be shipped the following week. I have been delayed 4 times. Hopefully I will get it by Christmas, (a month later.) I called the head office of Polaris and the lady that answered the phone acted like a real B@*ch. I was just checking to see any of you have had the same experience.

Just got a fax from polaris and the orders of 700 mossy oaks have been canceled till they get the camo process right on them. This means no 700 mossy till we can reorder at a later date when avalible. There are some dealers that have them in stock so check around.

It wasn't your imagination. I have talked to polaris customer service a couple of times. They are the most arrogant bunch of a$$holes that I have ever dealt with. The mechanic at my dealership seems to share the same opinion, he just can't be as vocal about it.
