Is this ritter cycle that I keep reading about just rittercycle.com or where can I order parts from this guy, it seems to me that alot of people keep buying stuff so he must have a good name, is he reasonable??

I can honestly say I have never dealt with anybody who treated me as well for the money I spent as Rick Ritter. In fact, he talked me out of spending as much money with him as I originally intended, as he had a simpler/cheaper way to get me what I wanted.

Absolutely great, personal, customer service.

About all I can add, is if you want info quick, CALL him. I hear he is kind of slow responding to e-mails sometimes. I like to call at 3 AM so as not to disturb his usual work (JUST KIDDING) [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
