Default bubba 297 Question

I had the local Polaris/Suzuki dealer order them from Polaris for me. Your local Polaris dealer should have an accessory book that shows alot of those kind of items. If you cant find one,let me know and I'll get one from my dealer and mail it to you.Bubba

Default bubba 297 Question

I know the Polaris Units look a little nicer (They say POLARIS)
But I bought mine off E-Bay, They are on there all the time.
They say SHOCKER on them but, they perform the same purpose.
They are also less expensive. I think I got them for under $20.00 a set of 3.
They have Black, Yellow, Red, Blue
You can see them in my pics in sig below

Sorry, I am no tire expert, I am overall pleased with the stock 489.
When they go i will probably get the 489 XT.
When I got my 99 it had (Still has) a set of pure sport bandits. They are alright, I think to 489 are better in the snow and mud. the bandits seem better for the hard packed stuff. I am not real familiar with the tires you mentioned.

I second the 489 X/T. I have had them on hard packed and in mud and snow. They are a great tire. A little stiffer than the 489 AT because of being 6ply, but just an awsome all around tire

Check out Birddog's pics, nice machines. Go along with Ajo on those XCT's, they last a long time too. Also, an inexpensive, all around tire that works is the Carlyle (ITP) Stryker.
