Coolant Sensor
I think the one you're talking about is for the stator. Sitting on the bike, looking down at your right foot, I think it's three wires entering the case just aft of the pull start. You either need to disconnect the wires up front and snake them along where they run on the left of the gas tank. The easier way (depending on how often you pull your flywheel) is to pull the flywheel, index mark where the mounting screws contact the stator, and take it free that way. The coolant temp is a single wire the plugs into a sensor on the left side of the head.

Sorry for the wrong nomenclature. Yeah I just traced the wires back to the plugs and disconnected the wires and took them out with the motor to take to the dealer. There was oil in the bottom of the case when I pulled the outer cover off around the bottom of the starter gear and flywheel. Going to take it to the dealer on tuesday to have it checked out. I think that I have a counter balancer seal out. It seemed to be an automotive type oil and I can't think of any other oil it could be. Thanks for all of your replys. Shawn.
