Default Ring End Gap

OK
my sons TB250 is now bored out to the largest piston wiseco sells for it.Thanks to the guy that bored it previously 2 times and blamed me for it wearing the side of the piston like it had seized.I took it to a different local shop who does racing go kart engines and he said the clearance was .013 (wonder why there was no compression??) Now there is a clearance of .003

The question now is what ring end gap do i want??

Any suggestions

Somewhere in the .013 to .015 range would be great. Sorry about the bad luck and the dummy doing the work.Bubba
