The rezzi's soften the fronts from the stock setting. Just because someone buys the softer valving for $15, they still have to have the shocks gone through to change those components....you're taking a chance with a price including labor that will give you one valve setting. It might be right, it might be wrong. With the addition of the rezzi's to the stock shocks, you're gaining 8 positions of tunability. For just a little more money, you gain a lot more adjustability.
