Default Plastic rattles eliminated

'02 Mag 325 had lots of rattles in front plastic rack and cowl at lower RPM's that annoyed me.

I found some small rubber pads in hardware section at Wal-Mart used for cabinet doors, etc... that are double-sided adhesive.

Took front rack off of steel frame and stuck pads to metal frame and remounted plastic rack. The plastic rack will leave some marks on metal frame where the rack is vibrating. Also took plastic cowling above oil cooler off and stuck pads on edge.

Pads are not visible after everything is remounted and NO MORE RATTLES.

Sue, do you wear a helmet? I almost always wear a helmet and don't hear the noises my machine makes. When I don't wear helmet I hear all kinds of strange and unexplainable things.
