Default Front Plastic

How do you get the Front Hood off a Trailblazer or Scrambler?? The plastic in the middle of the front. I can't find any screw heads out in the open. Where are they, or does it just "snap" off??? I didn't want to try before asking, didn't want to break any plastic in this cold weather. I would appreciate anyon'e help, I know there are plenty of people here with experience with these quads.

Thanks,

"Z"

First, make sure you take the oil cap off. Then just take a meduim to small size flathead screwdriver and there are about 4 to 5 spots along each side that you can pry slightly and pop it loose. It just slips in at the back and snaps everywhere else.Bubba

Along with Bubba's info, I always used to ( oil injection now removed) always stuff a rag, or paper towel into the oil reservoir. This prevents any "stray" chunks 'O' mud from landing in the oil tank when you snap that nose piece up. It's the little things that prevent the big ones.
