We are looking around to buy a atv this June. Will the 2 strokes be around in the future? with all of this goverment pollution restrictions. Will a person be able to ride on goverment or state lands? Thanks for any info you can give.

As far as I know all 2 strokes made before the manufacture deadline will still be able to ride in certain areas. It will still be a few years before that happens. It will be a stste by state law. California is the first to outlaw the sales of 2 strokes in that state. It will be just like the thing that happened with cars that did not have catalytic converters on them. They are exempt from certain laws if manufactured prior to a certain year. The same will happen with 2 strokes.
