I wonder if anyone makes a turbo sized down small enough for a one-lunger of that size? Maybe a person could just buy a HO engine, loosen up the valves so they rattle, and dump a little diesel in the fuel tank to make it smoke like a diesel. It probably would be a cheaper way to hit 40, and you would still get most of the effect.

Hey here is a link to a good turbo. Turbo It will only fit the Scrambler 500 right now, but I bet with a little work you could get one on that Diesel!! LOL

 

I checked it out, only $3500 for a 50 hp increase on a 350 Chevy. oooh, golly, what a deal

 

LOL Yeh, but 50 more HP on a Scrambler 500 would be awesome!!! Oh well didn't give any numbers on the Scrambler but I just wanted to show that they do exist! I did say good turbo huh? I take that back and re-phrase it as " hey here is a turbo for an atv!"

 

I have only seen one and it was at a ATV pull off, basically it won everything, nothing else even came close, but yes, it was loud.

 

Ok now my neighbor hooked up the hair drier to his diesel and now it's passing preditors. but did I mention it's still slow[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

LMAO - I work for a farm equipment company our biggest tractor uses a Cummins 15 liter Diesel (oh and it is TURBO charged) it produces over 500 hp and around 1700lbs of torque. I am trying to figure out how to put in my Big Bear so I can go ride with the Polaris Diesel Guys, but I think it might make me SLOW.
